1Information we collect
When you fill out our request form or book an inspection, we collect:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the address of the building to be inspected and the type of building;
- the desired date and any message you send us.
During the inspection, we capture images (photos and videos) of the roof and the property, for the sole purpose of producing your report.
2Why we use it
- respond to your request and reach you to confirm the date and price;
- plan and carry out the roof inspection;
- produce and deliver your visual report to you;
- invoice the service and keep our records.
We never sell your information and do not use it for marketing purposes without your separate consent.
3Consent
We collect your information with your consent, given at the time you submit the form. The use of images for demonstration purposes (marketing example) is subject to optional and separate consent, which you may decline without any impact on the service.
4Disclosure to third parties
To operate our service, certain providers may process information on our behalf:
- the site's form is routed through an email transmission service (FormSubmit), which relays your request to our email inbox;
- our site is hosted by a web hosting provider.
These providers use your information only to provide their service. We do not disclose your information to any other party, unless required by law.
5Retention and destruction
We keep your contact details for as long as necessary to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. The images of your roof are kept confidentially for the duration of the mandate and up to 12 months after delivery of the report, then destroyed — unless you have consented to demonstration use.
6Your rights
In accordance with Loi 25, you may at any time:
- access the information we hold about you;
- request its rectification;
- withdraw your consent or request the deletion of your information.

7Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure, taking into account its sensitivity.
8Cookies
Our site is a showcase site that does not use advertising tracking cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies may be used by our host for the proper functioning of the site.
9Changes
We may update this policy. The update date at the top of the page indicates the version in effect.
